Additional actions for automated workflows

Hi, we would to build fully automated workflows in our team and we need (and I think other teams, too) the following actions:

• Mark a task as undone
• Remove a task from a specific project
• Add a Subtask (with title) and assign it to s.o. and add the subtask to a project

Automatically mark as incomplete

My team often have additional tasks of the same kind coming up months after a task was completed. I have trained them well enough to have them look up the previous task or project, and add the new task there, assign it to me and set a new due date. Unfortunately they often forget to mark the task as incomplete, meaning the task isn’t added to “My Tasks”, or rather remains invisible as it is completed. Removal Action When Using Rules

When using rules is it possible to have an action that removes a task from a project? Example I have a task with a custom field that has changed. The custom field triggers the rule adding the task to a different project and removing it from the current one. Bravo to the team for adding the rule feature

Allow Rules for Subtasks

I would request that you would add or allow us to create rules based on subtasks. For example in a project flow - I have a task that contains multiple sub-tasks. This task is connected to my editorial calendar and the due date on the task is based on when it will post, but I would like to create rules for my subtasks. So as I change the status of the task it can automatically change the due dates on the sub-tasks. Right now I have to manually do this and it is quite time-consuming. I could…
