I want to add a rule where a task is automatically marked “complete” once all sub-tasks are completed. any suggestions?
@Juanito_Baguio_VI welcome to the Forum.
Currently, this is not doable but there are running product feedbacks I suggest you check and upvoting as well. Here are two:
I would request that you would add or allow us to create rules based on subtasks.
For example in a project flow - I have a task that contains multiple sub-tasks. This task is connected to my editorial calendar and the due date on the task is based on when it will post, but I would like to create rules for my subtasks. So as I change the status of the task it can automatically change the due dates on the sub-tasks. Right now I have to manually do this and it is quite time-consuming.

Is there a way to kick off a rule with PARENT Task complete only? I am running into an issue where when I am completing a subtask, my rule to add follow-up task when a task is complete, is running. I’d like to be able to complete my subtasks and not have that rule kick off.
We are hoping to get a lot more from rules with subtasks. So great feedback.
@Juanito_Baguio_VI, we recently released this rule ( see new releases here)!
Task or all subtasks completion status in rules: Add a new rule for when tasks or all subtasks are marked complete. For example, set a rule to complete a parent task when all subtasks are completed."
