I am trying to implement a RACI chart into my projects by using four custom fields to assign who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. However, it does not add the people in these custom fields to the task as collaborators. Matter of fact, those people I added in the custom field have zero indication that they have been added to the task.
I’ve seen one answer to this on the forums, where a popup is supposed to appear in the task details that allows you to add the people in the custom field as collaborators. However, this popup does not appear for me. And regardless, that is a completely inadequate feature.
Can you please make it an automatic feature to add custom field people to the task? Adding people in custom fields is more or less useless, unless this can be done.

If you are adding users to the people custom field from the task pane and you still don’t receive the prompt to add them as collaborators, please ensure you don’t have browser extensions that may be blocking this.
