People Fields in Task Detail pane does not prompt to add users in Collaborators

It no longer prompts me to add the user as Collaborator after I add them in the People field.

Steps to reproduce:
Enable prompt to add user as collaborator

Browser version:
Chrome
What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?

Works the same for me! It only prompts when I add 2 and more.
