Can the task name be added to the “Send Response to Submitter” feature? This would help those who do not have an Asana license and have multiple issues submitted know which task the response is in regards to. The new feature is great, but lacking.
@Nickie_Shaffer you can build rules in your workflow to automate sending emails to form submitters. You will need to enable the Asana<>GMail or Asana<>Outlook integration. Here’s a short gif of how to get started.

Thank you. I have the message being sent but it has no details of what they submitted. They are completely generic, so those aren’t very useful to those who submit several cases (tasks) a week through the form. I do not have it set up the way you provided as our IT doesn’t want to add any external items that connect to our email. The way I have it now is under the forms where I turned on all the email options.
Yes, having your email connected to Asana would be required. Essentially, when the form submission is added as a task, you can create a rule that pulls the form custom fields and includes them in the response. You would also have to make the email address a custom field and use that as the “To” field in the email.
@Nickie_Shaffer Another solution is to use Flowsana to send the emails. Flowsana has a Forms Support workflow that can do this. Take a look at the link below and see the “Send email confirmation to form submitter” section: How to Set Up a Forms Support Workflow
