Same problem here. I’ve tried searching by name and “loaded more” until there were no more to load. I tried putting in the 16 digit project number, nothing. I can’t type anything into the Custom field because it says, “There are no custom choices available. You can type a value.” The project is public, so I don’t know why Zapier can’t find it.
Is this an Asana issue or a Zapier issue? Has anyone found a solution? I found thes links, but nothing has solved this for me:
I just ran into this and I solved it by…
copying the ID of the Asana list into the “Project Name” field (not the custom tab) and then clicking load more about a dozen times until the project showed up.
the first 11 times I clicked the button it came up blank “no options available”
and then on the 12th time, the project I wanted suddenly showed up and on I went.
…I’m using “12” here as an example. I don’t know how many times I clicked Load More, but it was a lot.
