I have attempted to add my business email and Asana says that it has sent a confirmation email to me but I have checked my email and there is nothing. Nothing in spam/junk folders either.
I did some searching on the forums and saw another person with the same issue but it looks like it was solved via DM so there was no solution published

I recommend you to contact our support team as they will be able to have a closer look at your account and confirm why you are not receiving the confirmation email.
Unfortunately we don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further. I hope the issue is solved soon! Let me know if I can help you with anything else
