Cannot add a new email address

Try to add a new Email address because company name changed. After going to profile settings and adding the new email and sending the link I never receive a confirmation email. checked the spam folder already.

What can I do?

The verification email should be sent to your new email address, can you confirm this is the mailbox you’ve checked?

If you’re still running into trouble, please contact our support team, they will be able to manually add this email address for you; unfortunately due to security reasons, we’re not able to resolve these issues directly in the Forum!

Mailbox checked, no email:(. Thats my problem. The process is clear. Got confirmation that email was sent out but no email in my inbox.

I will ask the support team to change it manually.
