Can't add new email address

I am deleting the email address (and domain name) that was used to set up my Asana account. I have tried repeatedly to add a new email. I get the verification code and click on the link, but the email never shows up in my profile.

What else can I do? This is the one roadblock to me completely deleting the old email address.
