Can't add additional email

So before I get to the real question, is there an actual way to contact support for Asana? Every link for support just takes you to the page of “i need help with” “i want to change” etc…and no way to send an email or open a ticket.

Actual issue is I’m trying to add an additional email to my account, I’ve tried several times, on two different browsers. It either says the link is invalid or it seems like it took but I can’t see or select the new email.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt,

Welcome to the forum. As for the best way to get a hold of the Asana support team you came to the right place. There is a new section of the community forum for reporting bugs. To ‘open a ticket’ you can post your issue in that section of the forum. Asana staff are always monitoring different areas of the forum and those of us that are users are here to help as well.

I had some problems adding an additional email as well. I too tried on a couple different browsers. If I remember correctly I had to clear my cookies for it to work correctly. When you add an email Asana will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm that you are adding that email address to your account. Make sure you confirm with the link. Additionally, I believe I had to sign out of Asana and re-sign in for my account to updated.

Hi Katie,
Thanks for getting back to me. I will open up a bug topic in the other section. I indeed tried different browsers, logging out, and clearing cache. I did get the link to my email and clicked on it. I also tried sending it again and copy/paste in browser…still no luck.
