Cannot add a second email

Hello, I am trying to add a second email to my Asana, but I am running into a bug. When I want to add a second email it asks me to re-authenticate. I click the link and follow the instructions to re-authenticate

  • Login with email
  • Enter password
  • Enter 2FA authentication code

After doing this and going to the option to add a second email, it will still ask me to re-authenticate. So I keep running into circles. I’ve tried a different browser and I’ve also already tried deleting my cookies and trying it again to no avail.

Is there a workaround?

And if you log into Asana with this second email, what happens?

At the moment there is only one email listed. I tried logging in with the email I intend to add, but it just puts me to the create a new account page.

@Jelle_Meijer - could you post a screenshot? I think you just need to click the “Log in with a different account” link that appears below the blue log in button (it’s not intuitive to me, but you won’t get logged out of your original account):

Today, I have tried changing emails again and it “magically” worked. Interesting, because I had already tried deleting cookies and changing browser before (incognito).
