Oh okay, I got it now, so in chart above it means that “Comment Only” user’s shouldn’t be able to link Portfolios, Project or Subgoals?

Well that’s what I expected it would mean, but I’ve tested it and I am able to link projects/portfolios/tasks, just not connect parent or sub-goals.

Hi @Asmir_Coral and @Jan-Rienk, sorry for the delay! I can confirm that this is the expected behavior. Only parent and sub-goals are classified as “Contributing work,” which is why comment-only users are blocked from linking them.
Tasks, projects, and portfolios are considered “Related work.” Users with comment-only access can link these to the goals, as they are relevant to the goals but do not directly influence their progress.
