We have Premium but we can't add custom fields

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: For all projects on all browsers if I go to a project/customize and it has the add field option shaded out even though we are fully paid professional users (we just bought it today)

Steps to reproduce: Go to any project from anyuser including the owner and attempt customer /add field

Hi @Steven_Shaer, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here! I recommend you checking the following information in order to solve this issue:

  • Make sure you are in the right Workspace/Organization by clicking your profile picture. If you are part of several spaces you will be able to switch to the one that has a Premium plan.
  • Are you a Guest in your Organization? Guests are users that don’t have an email address connected to the Organization and cannot create new custom fields.

If you are not a Guest and have only one Organization, I recommend you to contact our support team following these steps: How to contact our Support Team ✉. They will be able to have a closer look at your account setup and confirm more details about your premium plan.
