Hi @Steven_Shaer, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here! I recommend you checking the following information in order to solve this issue:
- Make sure you are in the right Workspace/Organization by clicking your profile picture. If you are part of several spaces you will be able to switch to the one that has a Premium plan.
- Are you a Guest in your Organization? Guests are users that don’t have an email address connected to the Organization and cannot create new custom fields.
If you are not a Guest and have only one Organization, I recommend you to contact our support team following these steps: How to contact our Support Team ✉. They will be able to have a closer look at your account setup and confirm more details about your premium plan.
