Just echoing what so many others have shared. Iā€™m a co-executive director of a non-profit and am producing several film projects that require their own Asana workspaces - not being able to see my own personal consolidated lists of tasks makes it very difficult to manager my time across these different organizations. Asana seems like SUCH a promising tool for freelancers and entrepreneurs, if only it could get this feature set up. Right now other interfaces are winning out with that slice of the workforce because this feature is such a baseline need - even if the other apps donā€™t do as good a job with the rest of their task & project management tools. Give the people what they want!

Hi everyone, like you my life as a project manager would be made significantly easier if Asana would show project and tasks across multiple workspaces in a consolidated view. Someone above recommended trying out Zapier to automate the syncing of data across multiple workspaces. I tried this at one point and couldnā€™t get it to work; that was a year or so ago so maybe itā€™s more of a possibility now.

Alternatively, I recommend that you check out a product called Unito (https://unito.io/). I experimented with this last year and it was VERY promising. I wound up not pursuing it because the agency I was exploring it with decided to change their usage of Asana in ways that didnā€™t require as much cross-workspace usage. Freelancers might find it a little pricey, but for larger, agency-size teams I think the cost is justified in light of the sanity this can bring to using Asana for collaborations with clients, freelancers, or other agencies that are already working in their own Asana workspace.

I would imagine this should be basic stuff. How do one suppose to manage the freelancerā€™s time if it is impossible to see what is her work loadā€¦ This makes no sense.
