Updating dates for dependent tasks

Updating dates for dependent tasks is not working when I change the dates on the task itself. I usually change the task dates with dependent task on other projects where I home the parent task.

when I make changes in the original project where I created the parent task, it works fine but when i make changes on other projects I home it - it doesn’t work.

@Jaro_Necesito, I believe that’s expected. It also won’t work in other circumstances, even via certain other tabs in the same project, as mentioned in the bullets here:
