I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your colleague.
If you have a Workspace, I would first recommend you to cancel the invitation you have sent to your colleague by following this steps:
- Click your profile photo and select [Workspace’s name] Settings from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the Members tab
- Hover over your colleague’s name and click Cancel Invite
After that, you could try to invite your colleague again.
If this issue persists, I would recommend you to contact our Support Team and provide them with the following information?
- URL of this thread to provide them with context and to avoid having to re-explain everything
- Your colleague’s email address
