Unable to capture new domain in Asana App for Slack

Hey Team Asana,

I am trying to integrate asana to my new slack workspace however it is still capturing the old domain.

I’ve tried de-authorizing and re-installing the slack app itself on my Mac.

Nothing is helping.

PLEASE HELP.

Hi @Ananya, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here!

You can update your domain in Slack following these steps:

  • typing /asana
  • Clicking Personal Settings
  • Change Default domain
  • Click Change Domain
