Is there a way to set up a rule/trigger such that when X field is completed or X status is set, the task gets added to an additional project so that it’s viewable from two project boards?
That’s amazing - thank you! Are there any limitations I should be aware of? Does it only work from a Status field, or can it work from any Custom Field?
You can see the choices if you click the Check if box; all the options will appear in the list at the right. Those will vary among projects since projects may have different custom fields. There are some limitations; not all custom field types are supported. I’m not sure if the Help is 100% current so that’s why I’m suggesting the above.
