Trial use of “daily activities, weekly reports, and monthly reports for multiple projects”

While searching for a convenient way to use Asana, I started thinking about ways to use it this year. I started doing it.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice on how to do this better.

1- Daily activities on multiple projects

  • Manage the progress of multiple (20 or so) individual projects.
  • Every day, you will perform several execution tasks from each project.
  • It is used as planning and execution (completion).

2- Weekly and monthly report projects
2-1- Weekly report is set as a task. This is to report the tasks completed during the week to your superiors and related departments.

2-2- Monthly report is set as a task. This is to report the summary of the weekly report for the month to your superiors and related departments.

3- Report by email

  • Weekly and monthly reports are sent to related parties via email on weekends and at the end of the month.
  • Links to weekly and monthly report tasks are included in the email body.
    (Thinking about getting used to email, guiding people to Asana, etc.)
    (In the future, I am thinking about how to report via email.)
