Tray (?) Asana Gmail Integration not working

I tried setting up the Gmail Integration in Rules however when I try to run the rule, it gives me this error:

Authentication could not be refreshed. If the problem persists, please create a new one or contact tray.ai support.

The error message mentions tray.ai. I think you need to contact their support, not Asana’s.

@Jaro_Necesito were you able to figure this issue out? I’m getting a similar message and I don’t understand why. Tray.ai seems to be what Asana uses to authenticate between itself and Gmail.

Just to clarify: This wouldn’t be true as a default or for most Asana users, though it might be true of your particular environment.

I haven’t receive any update from tray.ai but they did endorse me to somneoen who will get in touch with me. It’s been days since then. I believe that was last Sunday.
