Too many requests have been made in the given timeframe- ERROR on Email Task

I set up a rule to email clients following a specific logic (one field is empty, which means we are still waiting for information) and based on a due date. The first time it ran, it gave me an error “Too many requests have been made in the given timeframe.”

Are external emails capped at a certain amount?

And how do I resolve this error?

As an aside, I tried emailing support but got no response. Is there any way to get through to asana support?

@Goose_PM,

I believe Support is the right approach. They sometimes get a little backed up and it can take a few days for a reply. If a week has elapsed, reply here.

Thanks,

Larry

Hey @Goose_PM Were you able to get a response from support in this one? A colleague of mine has run into something similar and we are trying to figure out how to resolve it.
