We couldn't process your email because it was sent from a server that is not authorized

Hi All

I am all of a sudden experiencing a problem creating tasks via email in Asana. It used to work perfectly but all of a sudden I am getting an error:
We couldn’t process your email because it was sent from a server that is not authorized to send emails for redswirldesign.co.za. Please contact your email admin to update your domain’s email settings.

Nothing has changed, I am still using the same email, which is the email registered to the account and the same as the domain. Any idea why I am getting this error all of a sudden?

Any help would be appreciated.

If that does not help and as you mentioned you are still using the same email under which your domain is registered also then I recommend reaching out to Asana support to look into this.

Thank you for your message, I saw that but that post is from 2020 so that won’t be relevant as it worked till recently?

I have read similar recently. Also maybe something changed in your email domain settings or so.
I would just double check that and otherwise reach out to Asana support as they have more tools in order to be able to assist :slight_smile:
