Not able to REPLY to ASANA tasks and chat from GSUITES

I click reply to a mail i get from ASANA for a task or collaboarator or a chat and get this error message - something is wrong because I have been replying to messages like this for months now and all of a sudden this error message comes but i have made no changes from my side.

This is the error message ASANA send back

We couldn’t process your email because it was sent from a server that is not authorized to send emails for exprop.co.za. Please contact your email admin to update your domain’s email settings.

We’ve recently tightened our security regarding email creation via task forwarding. I’d recommend following the steps shared by this other community member in Recent email security update. How to fix “We couldn’t process your email” to set your Gsuite domain accordingly!
