Ticketing System - Which is best?


I am trying to identify which ticketing system is the best to use with Asana & has supported integrations. We know Zendesk is an option. Are there any other ones that are suggested?

we also use the Zendesk Asana Integration.

Freshdesk is also great and integrates with Asana too.

But also if you‘d like to use another helpdesk you can always set up integrations via Zapier or Integromat for example.
