Customer support tool and Asana


I’ve been using Asana for project management and Freshdesk for customer support. The current connectors between those two tools are not very good as they lack control over what needs to be synced and do not link back very easily.

There is a real need to have our CS system and Asana linked very good together, since a lot of customer request end up in Asana.

I was just wondering if someone uses a CS system that integrates in a good way with Asana? Curious to hear how others have solved this. Thanks in advance.
