Client Request Management

Our digital marketing agency is looking for ways to make our client request portion more automated and for it to stay out of email inboxes.

We currently have a project for each client that we have as that seems best for organizing things.

Does anyone have experience with using a 3rd party tool integrated with Asana? Something like Freshdesk or ZenDesk?

Would Asana forms be able to help with this?
