The “Comment Only” feature just popped up as I was trying to walk my company through goal setting.
Apparently, “Comment Only” is the default - because all the goals my team members added are “Comment Only”.
I need to edit these goals. I am the Super Admin. I have no ability to edit these goals. Now, I have to send out instructions on how to unlock their goals so I can edit them. I have to rely on each individual team member to go through and change this setting so that I can have access.
This is ridiculous. I feel so disempowered.
