My team and I were setting up projects, and at one point, Asana just stopped working. We duplicate a project and Asana gives the error “Asana needs to be reloaded.” After that, the created project doesn’t load at all, none of the duplicates do.
I also can’t contact the help center because when I log in, it tells me the service is unavailable.
What should I do?
I’ve already cleared the cache, restarted everything, logged out of Asana, tried opening Asana on desktop and reloading, and turned off my VPN—but nothing helps. My teammates are experiencing this too.

To further help you with this matter, can you send me a DM with the following information: the ID of the project you tried to duplicate, the ID of the created project (could be found in the url they get directed to) and/or permission to cookie in as you to try to reproduce the steps?
