Morning. The company I work for is testing out a trial version of a programme we would like to purchase managing our resources and we need to duplicate projects from Asana and then integrate these into the resource tool. At the moment we are unable to duplicate any projects. We all receive the same message - that Asana needs to be reloaded. This is happening now for about a week, without success. I have updated my Google Chrome to the latest version in the meantime, with no positive outcome. Some of us work remotely, therefore we are not using the same server or internet connection. We’ll be grateful for any suggestions! Thank you!
Asana app version: 2.1.3
System: darwin 13.2.1 (arm64)
Hi @Louise_Fick
Welcome to the forum.
This seems like a localised issue. Have you contacted support directly after you completed the trouble shooting?
I cannot replicate the problem.
You can click on the contact asana from the pop up window, or access the link here:
You can see how to contact support and create a ticket via the chat bot.

Most welcome! Hopefully it gets fixed asap.
In the meantime, why not try and save one of those projects as templates, and create new ones from the templates. Maybe that could help a bit?
You can read about project templates here:

To add to @Rashad_Issa 's point, I see the need to duplicate projects as a dysfunctional practice, which almost always leads to making more mistakes. You’ll find my reasoning in the article Rashad mentioned.
For now good luck with the troubleshooting though!
