Trying to make a form and use it as duplicates for different projects so we can send that form out to our clients to fill out.
However, when it is sent out to the patron - it is titled “Duplicate Form” which we don’t want because that confuses our client.
How can we use a form as a template but not have the form noted that it is duplicated when sending?

When you duplicate the form, Asana will always add “Duplicate of” to the title. You’ll need to manually edit the title after creating the duplicate.
Another option is to create a project that acts as a triage project and use a single-select field to identify which project the user is submitting the form for. You can then use rules to automatically add the task to the corresponding project based on their selection.
This allows you to maintain a single form that can support multiple projects.
