Team member has received my invitation to join - and clicked the link - goes to her asana account but our team is not listed. Help!

perhaps it is a hidden team?
Can she see other teams inside Asana?
Can you please share a screenshot of the issue.
I suggest, if the team is hidden, make it membership by request, then she should be able to see it.
