I am new to Asana. My team leader has already invited me to join the team. I get this invite via email, but it takes me to my asana homepage but I don’t have any affiliation to the team and I when I type in my team name, it does not show up. My team leader says she can see my name in their team Asana page but I can’t find them or where to access my teams page, even using the link.

Welcome to the forum and to Asana! A joyful ride awaits you.
To add to @Soumyadeep_Mandal just make sure you are registered in asana using one email address / or at least that you are logging into the correct organisation and workspace on your asana page.
That could be it. If your managr can see you and you cannot, I can only assume you are accing another workspace or logged into asana using dfferent credentials to the email your manager used.
If that is the case, I have also added the guide on how to merge multiple accounts.
