Tasks via Outlook - having issues with adding comments on the same task, also not viewable in the outlook add in.

Hello All,
I am currently exploring the fuctionality of adding tasks via the email for a particular project.
The tasks is created and also assigned to the person mentioned in the “To” section of the email and the person in “CC” is added as collaborator. The problem is that:

  1. The replies to that email from the assignee is not going in as a comment.
  2. Or if the assignee wants to look for that task in the outlook add in for asana, they see this message " There are currently no tasks associated with this email." Is this an expected behaviour ? Contrary to this, when i create a task via the outlook add it, it always find the task when i choose the add in.

Also to add, contrary to this, when a task is created via the add in, it is possible to add the responses as comments just by clicking on the add in.
