Sync to Calendar popup window

**I’m really struggling here. **

I’ve had asana linked to my outlook and I’ve tried to add ‘test’ tasks into asana to see if they integrate with my outlook calendar…they don’t.

It says on the page: From the Sync to Calendar popup window in Asana, highlight and copy (but do not click) the entire link found in the iCAL, Outlook, or Other Calendar tab.

I can’t find a pop up so that I can highlight & copy the link, please help!

Hi @Saira_Lee, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!

You can find the link to sync Asana to Outlook following these steps:

1. From the sidebar, select the project you want to sync or access your My Tasks list
2. From the header, click the dropdown arrow to access the project actions
3. Hover over the Export/Print option and then select Sync to Calendar
4. Select and copy the URL
