**I’m really struggling here. **
I’ve had asana linked to my outlook and I’ve tried to add ‘test’ tasks into asana to see if they integrate with my outlook calendar…they don’t.
It says on the page: From the Sync to Calendar popup window in Asana, highlight and copy (but do not click) the entire link found in the iCAL, Outlook, or Other Calendar tab.
I can’t find a pop up so that I can highlight & copy the link, please help!
Hi @Saira_Lee, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
You can find the link to sync Asana to Outlook following these steps:
- From the sidebar, select the project you want to sync or access your My Tasks list
- From the header, click the dropdown arrow to access the project actions
- Hover over the Export/Print option and then select Sync to Calendar
- Select and copy the URL
I hope this helps! Let me know if you still cannot find it
When I select a project, I don’t get a drop down arrow - I have 3 dots, and they do not take me to export/print. And are you referring to Asana web version or the Mac OS app (I can’t get this “fix” to work on either one.
How I can export a project to a synced Google Sheets?. This text doesn’t appear in my window.
