Hi there
Today, I noticed a longstanding rule that I use, where subtasks are automatically added to a task when it is moved to a section, no longer seems to be available. Is this a glitch or a shift to the Asana product? I am currently subscribed using Asana Premium.
Hi @Gabriel_Cortez1 - I work in quite a few different client orgs who use similar rules for automating the adding of subtasks, and none of the ones I checked seem to have disappeared.
Did you go to your “Customize” menu at the top right of your project, then click on Rules, and open and check each rule?
Are you saying it stopped working? Or are you saying your subtask rule is no longer there in the Rules area of the Customize menu?

Thank you for your fast reply! Please see my screenshots below.
Before, perhaps only a few days ago, the rule I mentioned was listed next to the other 3 you see here on the “Customize” menu. Now it is suddenly no longer there.
When I attempt to add it back using the “+add” button, the ability to make a rule for automatically adding subtasks when a task is moved to a section is no longer an option for me.
UPDATE: I see the option is now locked for me, even though it was previously available to me using my current version of Asana Premium. Why am I losing previously available functionality while I continue to be subscribed to a legacy version of Asana?
