Subtask Name and Description Show [No Value]

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me… I am having an issue where the subtask name changes to [no value] after a form is submitted.

How the process works is someone submits a request form and based on the custom-field variables checked within the form, a subtask will populate. Once the request is submitted, the subtasks populates in the board with the correct name then changes one second later to [no value]. I have tested the subtask rule to include a custom-field variable in the subtask name and tested the subtask name to just plain text - the issue happens in both instances… This also happens in the description of the subtask

Note: all subtasks are part of the project so that is not the issue.

UPDATE: the issue is actually connected to the subtasks being associated with the project. If the subtask is not associated with the project, the subtask name populates just fine.

Welcome to the forum.
Did you check if there are any other rules associated with the project that apply to both tasks and subtasks?

What I suspect is happening is one rule is overriding another - or taking into effect sequentially after the first one is actioned.
