This was previously reported and resolved but apparently it’s back.
Subtask count includes sections - Critical Bugs / Closed - Asana Forum
Pinging @Forum-team for escalation.
For what it’s worth, I also experience the same.
The subtask separators (Tab+N) are counting as subtasks which they really should not.
