First let me say how grateful I am to learn from everyone here. It’s a masterclass. We are a small scrappy non profit who does not have a brick and mortar office. I wanted to spread staff love and build an automation that when someone comments “Bravo” and then details on an exceptional action of a staffer or volunteer it would create a new task to a new board praise board and assign that person, notify all to spotlight and then specify exactly what area of growth was used and how it helps progress towards our goals so that they can have a record of their achievements for all to see. I Frankensteined several of your innovative forum workflows and tips but I’m getting a bit stuck. It works partially, however
- For some reason my Flowsana is not recognizing the trigger word Bravo or even the hashtag.
- Once I manually add it to the project, it is not able to assign the correct team mate based on the @ mention in the comment. (It does not like the prompt fill assignee by Ai)
- It does not work at all if I use multiple Bravo compliment comments. It only runs once.
- I am using a manual trigger for the (no ai used) compliment summary comment to allow it time for the ai automation which is cumbersome. (See bottom right second picture. It builds from the custom fields)
- I had to quit while refining as I accidentally burned through all of our monthly credits.
