Slack integration: Feature request to turn off the messages "share to channel"

The slack-integration to create tasks from slack-messages is really useful. But it always posts a message afterwards that asks me if I want to share the task.

“xy has been created. Do you want to share it in the channel?”

This is annoying. I cannot tell the message to “never ask me again” or turn off these messages in preferences.

Vote on this post if you also want to have a possibility to turn off these messages.

Hi @Andreas_Bossard
Welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
I think this notification is coming from the Slack side! This notification is not shown by Asana!

I see what you mean, @Andreas_Bossard! Hopefully this is something we can implement in the future :crossed_fingers:t3:

That would be great. This notification is the only annoying thing about the otherwise great Asana <> Slack integration.

@Emily_Roman, has Asana put this feature request onto their roadmap? Thanks!

This is now worse and there is a field I’m sure wasn’t there before that I wasn’t seeing without scrolling that now shares a message to ALL in the channel when I create a task. This meant everyone in my company was seeing a message about personal tasks I was creating. There should be an option to turn this off.
