Hi folks - would be nice to have a slider you can set to indicate how far a task has been completed, if not yet totally complete.
Also, in a similar vein, a ‘percentage complete indicator’ in Projects, depending on how many of it’s tasks have been completed.
Hey and while I’m at it, what about an ‘ASAP’ choice for the due date, when you don’t really have a date but you want to hurry them along??

Why don’t you create a progress custom field of type dropdown? You can options like 5%, 10%… or even play with emojis with white and black squares to simulate a progress bar.
This already exists in both a project dashboard and portfolios 
For me, this is what sections in My Tasks are for. You can place into “Today” a task without a due date.
