Hi, I am writing to request a transfer of Admin / Billing Owner rights for our workspace.
The colleague who originally set up the account and held the administrative rights no longer works at our company. I am currently the primary coordinator managing our team’s workflows and projects in Asana, and I need admin access to properly manage our workspace members and settings.
Could you please assist me with upgrading my permissions to Admin / Billing Owner for this workspace?
