In the past, when we’ve had to change anything like that, we’ve contacted our Customer Success person and they’ve always sorted it out very quickly for us. I’d start there if I were you.

You should be able to re-assign the billing ownership from your own account if you’re currently the billing owner for you Org/Premium Team (How to Upgrade & Manage Billing Options in Asana | Product guide • Asana Product Guide). Hi @Shafqat_Mahmood, apologies for the hassle. Our Support team is currently handling a high volume of requests, and it’s taking a bit longer than usual for them to get back to requests. They are doing their best to answer everyone as soon as possible and to improve the waiting time in the near future.
However, please note that the Support team is not able to offer demos or set up new subscriptions. Their focus is more on product questions and troubleshooting issues. The best point of contact for pricing and demos is our Sales team (Contact our Sales Team • Asana). I hope this helps!
