Hi there. Ive just signed on as the general manager for an organisation that uses Asana.
We are actively using asana, but we no longer have access to the email address of the billing owner.
We wish to use the billing owner settings, but have no way of getting into the account.
We would like to change the billing owner account to a different email address.
How is this done?
