How can I access live support? I have submitted various requests and am not hearing back.

Hi!

I need to switch my organization’s admin as the former admin is no longer with the company. However, I cannot do so as a member and have not gotten any response from Asana support.

Please help!

Asana Support has been backed up. If you’ve used one of these steps and have an email reply, then don’t reply until a human from Asana replies to the thread or you’ll lose your spot in the queue.

If you happen to have another Admin or Super Admin at your org, you could avoid the need for Support by having them effect the change.

Thank you! I had replied to the automated emails, which likely lost my spot. Thanks for the tip!

Unfortunately, we have no other admins, so I need help adding one to remove the former.
