I’m experiencing difficulties logging into the admin console to reduce the number of seats on my account. I am unable to log in or make any adjustments. Additionally, when I try to access support to submit a request, I encounter a Salesforce authentication error that prevents me from logging in.
I’ve tried accessing the site on two different laptops and in various browsers (both private and non-private modes), but the issue persists.
Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue? Also, since support is no longer accessible via email, what are the best methods for paying customers to reach out for assistance?
