Hi, our company is having problems with tickets not being able to be updated. When tickets move from one column to another, they’re immediately having rules executed on them that shouldn’t be.
I would like to contact support, but I’m not sure how.
I tried to log in to the support website help.asana.com and I get a Salesforce authentication error every time.
I tried to send an email to support@asana.com and I got a response that this email address is no longer monitored and I need to go to help.asana.com (which I can’t access)
