It seems there is no live support for Asana and the AI-chatbot is not helpful.
I need to change my current email for my PAID subscription to another one for one of my workspaces. I want to use my corp email instead of personal an switch one of the workspaces completely to it. I tried adding it to notification settings. To no avail. The link the Asana send to that another email is not valid.
Secondly, I’m a paid customer for this workspace, however, there is no Admin Console at all when I click on the photo. Just not there. Which means, I cannot manage admins or do anything admin related. Other admins see me as the owner but I don’t see anything.
Hugely annoying.
How long does it usually take Asana support to help? And why do they not have normal support?
It can take a week or more for them to get back to you. And every time you email them again, your tickets goes back at the bottom of the pile. There isn’t much we can do.
What do you call “normal support”?
Normal support is within an hour on other platforms in chat. If I knew it was not available here, I’d not choose this platform as it’s not good for my business.
