I can see our workspace has members and a billing owner, no admin. Without an admin, I don’t have the ability to make myself an admin 
Any tips on how to remedy this?

As far as I know the billing owner is the main owner and can manage other permissions.

In Asana organizations you have more roles such as super admin also.
Thanks Andrea! Unfortunately my billing owner is seeing the same thing as me - can only adjust member to limited member and vice versa 
Oh I see, so in this case as Marie also outlined in this post it will be best to reach out to Asana Support and they will be able to assist.
