I notice that today none of the rules are working properly. I would still get the notification that are rule is being worked on, but the rule itself doesn’t execute what supposed to. I’m using Asana Web. I tried in different portfolios and teams and I’m still observing this to happen.
Any help is appreciated.
I’m having the same issue. I get the notification box that the rule is running and the lighting bolt lights up but nothing happens.
Could you provide an example screenshot of the setup of one of the rules that isn’t working? (so we can help you)
It appears there was an “outage” on automations and background actions yesterday. It appears to be fixed now.
To track and be notified of when these are happening, you can go to status.asana.com and click “Subscribe for updates”.
