Rules for section keep pausing


I have a work-in-progress page set up at the company I work for, and the rules when tasks were added keep pausing and not doing the triggers they should be doing.

Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening?
Does it have to do with the person that created the rule?

Anyone with access can manually pause the rule, or perhaps there’s some error and it got paused automatically, which usually you can see in the form of the Customize button turning red and an error message with the rule.

Did you try clicking View change history, the link shown in your screenshot? Check the dates and audit trail of changes there to see if something is fishy.
